David Ferguson

Ferguson served as Vice President for Advancement at the University of Findlay and St. Bonaventure University, and served in similar roles at the State University of New York System and The Ohio State University, where he was also Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Provost. He is a former managing editor of the Columbus (Oh.) Dispatch and recently served as Interim VP for SUNY/New Paltz. He and his wife, Karen, live in Findlay.
 
 
Joe Borich

Joe rejoined the department in April 2016 after serving as the Leadership Gift Officer at the University of Findlay. Joe served as TU's Director of Annual Fund from November 2013-October 2015. He has been with Tiffin University since 2010, and previously served as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Before joining the Tiffin University family, Joe spent 15 years as a college football coach, coaching at Cornell University, Idaho State University and Snow College.
 
Joe and his wife originally are form the Mountain West area (Utah & Idaho), but fell in love with Tiffin upon their arrival and have made Tiffin their home. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and three children, Mykah, Max and Josh.

John has over 40 years in higher education (Tiffin University, Shenandoah University and Heidelberg College). He has 25 years experience in athletic administration, 14 years in development and 31 years in college coaching.
 
Johnís wife, Maryl, is the Special Education Supervisor at Findlay City Schools. They have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.

Vickie Wilkins

Vickie joined the department in June, 2013.  Vickie is responsible for facilitating alumni connections, engagement, support, and to build a sense of community.  She plans and implements major alumni activities as well as campus-wide programming. She also works closely with alumni volunteers. Additionally, she represents the University and Alumni Office at on-campus and off-campus events.
 
Vickie enjoys spending time with her family and staying connected with friends.  She enjoys watching sports and working out.

Jennifer joined the department in October, 2014.  Jennifer has been with Tiffin University since 2010, most recently serving as Webmaster & Graphic Design Technician in the ITS department. Her current responsibilities include TU's public website, internal website, and the TU Mobile app.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and son, Lucas.

Lori joined the department in 2001. She is responsible for managing the annual fund program, with a special emphasis on building participation from alumni and friends of the university.
 
Lori enjoys reading, shopping, gardening and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Chris, have four adult children, Shelby, Sydney, Cobin, and Austin.

Sandy joined the department in 2003. Sandy schedules and coordinates all internal and external events hosted throughout the Tiffin campus.
 
Outside of the office, she helps manage the family farm. She and her husband, Lee, stay busy with their son, Gavin.

Lisa Williams

Lisa is a long-time resident of Tiffin, Ohio and has served in various positions at Tiffin University since 1982.
 
In her current role, Lisa maintains a positive working relationship with the University community, trustees, parents, local business, industry, and media and has worked closely with individual department heads in planning and executing individualized advertising and image-building campaigns to include print, radio, outdoor and television. She serves as Tiffin University's official photographer and writes and edits the College's semiannual alumni magazine, Challenge, the Annual Report and TU's weekly internal newsletter, Dragon News. She oversees publications and prepares news releases for newspapers, radio and television stations. When necessary, Lisa assists in fundraising as well as various promotional projects and capital campaigns for the Office of Institutional Advancement, including but not limited to, working closely with the office of Alumni Relations.
