Ron, his wife Lil and their children Allison and Elizabeth reside in Tiffin, Ohio. Ron returned to Tiffin in January of 2010 following eight years of service at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ron has over twenty years experience in higher education in both enrollment management and more recently development.

Jason Griffin

Jason, his wife Jennifer and their sons Hank and Eddie reside in Ottawa Hills, Ohio. Jason joined the Office of Development in the fall of 2012 following 12 years as Director of Public Relations/ Broadcaster for the Toledo Mud Hens baseball team. Jason has over 20 years of experience in sports marketing, radio/television broadcasting, and communications. Prior to his work for the Mud Hens, he served as radio broadcaster for the Toledo Storm Hockey team, hosted a radio sports talk show for 10 years in Toledo, and also worked in Chicago at The Score sports radio station as a host/reporter/producer. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son's various sports teams.
 
Colleen Lazar

Colleen and her husband, David live in Findlay, Ohio, along with their daughters Ashley, Paige, Emily and Margeaux.  Colleen has over twenty five years experience in marketing and sales management with a special focus on event planning, fundraising and income development.
 
Colleen most recently worked for the American Cancer Society as income development representative for Hancock and Wyandot counties Relay For Life events and the Festival of Trees.
 
Colleen and her husband are active with St. Michael Parish in Findlay where they lead the Marriage Enrichment program and coach CYO Cross Country for K-3 grade.
 
Colleen is a 1989 graduate of the University of Toledo.
John Hill

John has 38 years in higher education (Tiffin University, Shenandoah University & Heidelberg College). He has 25 years experience in athletic administration, 12 years in development and 31 years in college coaching.
 
John’s wife, Maryl, is the Special Education Coordinator at Findlay City Schools. They have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Lori A. Bentz

Lori has worked in the Alumni & Development Office for 11 years and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree from Tiffin University. Lori enjoys reading, shopping , gardening and spending time with her family. She and her husband Chris, have four children.
 
Sandy Koehler

Sandy has been a part of the Development and Alumni Relations office for nine years and is pursuing an Information Technology degree at Tiffin University. Outside of the office she manages her family farm. She and her husband, Lee, stay busy with her son, Gavin.
