Matt Rowland is an outfielder from New Philadelphia, Ohio.  Matt is the son of Ken and Leslie Rowland and has a brother, Eric.  Matt attended New Philadelphia High School where he was coached by Rick Grimm and earned Honorable Mention ECOL, Honorable Mention Eastern District, 1^st Team ECOL, 1^st Team Eastern District and elected to the Eastern District All-Star game.  Matt is an accounting major and plans on finding a job in his field of study and coach a baseball team after graduation.
