Rafael Cuellar is a center from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the son of Rosemary Cuellar and has two brothers, DeMarco and Ravontae. Rafael attended Western Hills High School where he was coached by PJ Mays and earned Honorable Mention All-State, 1st team All-District and 1st team All-Conference. Rafael is an accounting major who plans on working for a big corporation after graduation.
