Coaching Staff

Head Coach Darby Roggow
Asst. Athletic Director
Director of Club and Recreation Sports

Darby Roggow enters his seventh season as Head Coach for the Dragons. He looks forward to leading the men's team into NCAA Division II competition and building upon past success. In 2006, the Dragons had their strongest season ever, finishing with a national ranking of 17th and a first-ever National Tournament appearance.

"Our move to the GLIAC is an exciting one. I'm looking forward to playing in new venues against strong competition," Roggow said. "We look forward to competing at that level, and I think that the last few years have prepared us well for it. We must continue to manifest a strong work ethic and high level of intensity. Those things have worked well for us in the past, and that won't change with the move to Division II."

Darby is Assistant Athletic Director as well as the Director of Club/Recreational and Intramural Sports at Tiffin University. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management in 1996 and obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration in 1999. He, his wife Missy, and three children Rylie, Bryce, and Brayden reside in Tiffin.
