Joe Graboski (1977-81) was one of the premier men’s basketball players in Tiffin University ’s history. He was a First Team All-District and All-Mid-Ohio Conference post player who set new standards for rebounding during his career. He scored 1113 points over his four years and still ranks in the top three in career rebounding. While playing with Hall of Fame teammates Dan Anderson and Frank Cardo, Joe grabbed 811 rebounds during his career, a school record at the time. He also established school records with 382 rebounds in a single season, averaging 11.5 rebounds per game in the 1979-80 season. He earned his degree in Business and currently works as a lab technician with Shelly Corporation. He and his family reside in Upper Sandusky, Ohio .

Susan Hughes (1989-93) was one of the premier women’s basketball players in Tiffin University’s history. She was a dominant post player for the Lady Dragons, earning three All-District and All-Mid-Ohio Conference citations over her four year career. She holds the Tiffin University single season record in field goal percentage and is second in career scoring with 1448 points. Playing alongside Hall of Fame teammate Angie Nunn, Susan helped lead the Dragons to 66 wins over her four seasons, including a school record 18-9 mark in 1990-91. That squad also won the Mid-Ohio Conference Championship. She earned her degree in Business Administration and currently works as Administrative Assistant to the Vice-President at K & M Tire. She and her family reside in Delphos, Ohio .

Shane Sand (1989-92) is one of the most dominant linebackers in Tiffin University football history. He earned two All-District citations while helping the Dragons develop into a nationally recognized program in the early 1990s. He was the premier defensive standout during his career, recording a school record 444 tackles. While averaging over 111 tackles per season, Shane also set the single game record with 27 tackles and the single season record with 165 tackles in 1992. He helped lead some of Tiffin ’s strongest defenses, setting five defensive team records over his career. He earned his degree in Business Administration and currently works as a retail manager for Rent-A-Center. He resides in Delaware, Ohio .

James Walker (1992-95) is a two-time NAIA All-American for men’s soccer. He also earned three All-Great Lakes Region, District 22, and Mid-Ohio Conference honors over his four-year career. James helped lead the Dragons to two MOC Championships and was named MOC Player of the Year in 1994. Finishing seventh in career scoring, he was named Head Women’s Soccer Coach after graduation, leading the team to two NAIA National Tournament appearances, two Region IX Championships, and four American Mideast Conference Championships in his seven years at the helm of the program. He earned his degree in Sports Management and currently serves as Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Duquesne University . He and his family reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania .

Kara Windsor (1993-96) is an All-American softball player who helped lead the Dragons program into the national spotlight for the first time. She earned four All-District and All-Conference honors over career, finishing 10th in the nation in triples and 15th in strikeouts during her senior season. Kara was an NAIA Scholar Athlete while playing shortstop and pitcher, and still holds the career batting average mark of .433. She was one of the leaders of the 1993 Bi-District Championship squad that earned Tiffin ’s first NAIA National Tournament berth. She earned her degree in Criminal Justice and is currently a mental health therapist for Wayne Morse Ph.D. and Associates. She and her husband reside in Tiffin, Ohio .
