2008 National Letter of Intent Signings
Head Coach – Rudy Brownell
Tiffin University Dragon Women’s Soccer Head Coach Rudy Brownell announces 10 key signings for the 2008 recruiting class. The key signees include Eisenhower High School’s Shelly Rogers, Olentangy Liberty High School’s Sheena Maravich, New Albany High School’s Hannah Stevens, Stevenson High School’s Lauren Turkington, and Luton, England’s Arti Patel. Coach Brownell stated, “This recruiting class will have a good impact on our returning players, adding competition at every position. These are all very successful and talented athletes, and we feel they can have an impact on our program.”
Over the last 10 seasons, the Dragons have won five conference championships, won three Region Championships, and made three trips to the National Tournament. Last Season, the Dragons women’s soccer program posted a 11-6-1 record as a Division II independent, cracking the Top 10 in the Great Lakes Region in their first year of eligibility. They will be a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2008.
