Brian Campbell recently completed his seventh year as Head Coach of the Lady Dragons softball program. This was his 11th year overall working with the softball program. He is the winningest softball coach in Tiffin's history. The Dragons last season finished with a 37-11 record, including a 8-0 mark in the AMC North. They won the Region IX Championship in 2007 and 2006, advancing to the NAIA National Tournament in Decatur, Alabama both seasons. In addition, the Dragons have been in the Region IX tourney for the last eight years and have been Region IX Runners-up four times in that span. They won the AMC North Championship in 2007, 2006, 2005, and 2004 and the AMC Championship in 2002. The team has averaged 37 wins per season under his direction. They have been among national leaders in batting and ranked high nationally in hits, runs, and other offensive categories. Tiffin University was ranked 13th in the NAIA National Rankings in 2007.

Tiffany Patteson enters her first season on the Dragons coaching staff as a graduate assistant after a stellar four-year playing career with the Youngstown State Penguins. A four-year letterwinner at shortstop, Patteson ended her career as YSU's all-time leader in games played (205) and started (205), hits (231), doubles (56), triples (18), runs scored (126), at-bats (661) and slugging percentage (.536). She also ranks second all-tine with a career batting average of.347, third with 11 career home runs and 93 runs batted in. She capped her career with a walk-off, solo home run in the 2006 Horizon League Championship Game to give YSU its first berth in the NCAA Regional Tournament. A four-time All-Horizon League selection, Patteson was also named to the 2005 Canadian National Team and played for Team Canada at the World University Games in 2004. She also won a Silver Medal at the 2007 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
