In addition, the Dragons have been in the Region IX tourney for the last eight years and have been Region IX Runners-up four times in that span. They won the AMC North Championship in 2007, 2006, 2005, and 2004 and the AMC Championship in 2002. The team has averaged 37 wins per season under his direction. Coach Campbell has coached three All-American pitchers in the past seven years. Tiffin University was ranked 13th in the NAIA National Rankings in 2007.

Rachel Richardson is in her second year as a Graduate Assistant with the Dragons, working toward a Master’s degree in Sports Management. A native of the Cincinnati, Ohio area, she graduated from Ross High school in 2001 and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Tiffin in 2005. Richardson was a standout in softball in her prep years. Rachel went on to play softball at Tiffin, earning All-American honors, while also garnering two AMC Conference Player of the Year honors, All-America Scholar Athlete, and setting six TU softball records.
