Tiffin University men’s and women’s track teams competed at five separate meets this weekend, with three school records being broken and six new qualifying marks for the national NAIA and NCAA meets. At Wheeling Jesuit, Dan Snyder set a school record in the decathlon with a mark of 5988, qualifying him for the NAIA tournament. Andrea Bader qualified for NAIA’s in the 200m run with a time of 25.09 at Cedarville, while Christine Moyer (159’9) and Pat Manders (1:52.16) qualified for both NAIA and NCAA in the hammer throw and 800m run events, respectively. Both Bader and Manders set new school marks in their respective events. In Illinois, Chad Roberts qualified for the NAIA championships with a time of 3:56.82 in the 1500m run, while Jeremy Lee qualified for the US Junior National Championships with a time of 3:58.03.
