T.J. Shouse recently finished his third season as Head Coach of the Tiffin University Volleyball program.
Shouse, who has a career record of 60-54, led the Dragons to a record-setting 35-10 record in his debut season of 2006. That squad set a new single season wins record while also setting a new team assists mark. Prior to coming to Tiffin, Shouse spent eight seasons
serving as Assistant Coach at
While at Slippery Rock, Shouse helped lead the
squad to its best season since 1994 with a 24-10 overall record and the
program’s first NCAA playoff appearance since 2000. He has also worked
with numerous All-Conference and All-Region players while also
fostering academic excellence. He helped Slippery Rock volleyball
players garner 17 Scholar Athlete honors over the last three years
while maintaining a team GPA of 3.00 or higher over the same span.
Shouse has a Bachelor’s degree in English-Creative Writing and a Master of Arts in English from Slippery Rock.
