The Dragon Cheerleading program has been
under the supervision of Head Coach Jamie Marinis for the past three years.
Prior to coaching at Tiffin University, Marinis was the Head Varsity and Junior
Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Kent Roosevelt High School in Kent, Ohio. She was
a two-time member of Kent State University's UCA National Co-Ed Team during her
four years as a Varsity Cheerleader. She also previously instructed Cheer Ohio
Summer Camps for two years.
Marinis earned both her Bachelor of Science
in Community Health Education and Master of Education in College Administration
and Student Personnel from Kent State University.
She has been a full-time staff member at
Tiffin University for three years, currently serving as the Director of the
Fremont Academic Center for the Degree Completion (Fast Track) Program. A
native of Oregon, Ohio, Jamie and her husband, Jeremy, reside in Tiffin.
