Experience is a career services based software for students and alumni to guide them into the workforce by matching their interests, skill sets and core competencies with available positions. Students can access and manage job postings, workshop and career fair registrations, applications, interviews, and more all in one integrated Web space. Experience allows users to explore job and internship postings, research career information, manage resumes, cover letters, and other application materials, and stay updated on the latest career development and internship events.
Explore, Empower, and Engage SIGI3—pronounced "siggy three"—is a special tool designed to help students in selecting a major or planning their career. SIGI3 (System of Interactive Guidance and Information) is one of the most advanced education and career planning systems available. It combines the unique capabilities of the Internet with thoroughly researched information about occupations, work-related values, interests, skills, educational programs, and more.

The Dragon Connect Mentoring Program is a partnership between Tiffin University’s Office of Alumni and Development and the Office of Career Development and Internships.
The mission of the program is to provide an opportunity to connect current Dragons with Tiffin University graduates or friends of Tiffin University for the purpose of career exploration, advice and aid in the development of professional networks. Alumni who are seeking a career change may also find Dragon Connect a great resource. We are proud that graduates and friends of the University are willing to serve as mentors and continue to lead a life of leadership, excellence and service.
The program offers multiple benefits to both students and alumni.
The Dragon Connect program has the potential to allow students who are exploring career options and young alumni who are seeking a career change the opportunity to learn and talk about the careers they are considering.
The mentoring relationship and the potential network that can be developed makes Dragon Connect an invaluable resource for all Dragons!
Utilizing technology, the Dragon Connect Mentors can participate in this program regardless of where they live. Mentors have the potential to share their knowledge through informational interviews via phone, email, Skype or in person.
In some cases, shadowing, internships and career opportunities might be available.
