The interviewer’s decision to hire you is based on your personality, skills, career ambitions, education, experience, and your ability to communicate these things effectively. Your success on the first interview is a critical factor in getting hired.
Dress for Success
Although it may do little to calm your nerves, remember that you will be offered the job or rejected because of the impression you make on the interviewer. Whether it’s fair or not, appearance counts.
