Financial Aid

Financial Aid includes any funds provided to students to assist in paying their costs of a college education. Funds include scholarships, grants, employee reimbursement, and student loans from the federal and state governments as well as the University and private organizations. The goal of financial aid is to make higher education accessible to all.

Regardless of family income, all students and parents are strongly encouraged to apply for financial aid by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA can be obtained on the web at

Attention All Students:

The 2013-2014 FAFSA is available to complete online at All students who wish to apply for financial aid for the 2013-2014 academic year (including Summer 2013), should complete the FAFSA once their 2012 Federal Tax Returns have been filed. Your FAFSA must be completed and all financial aid finalized no later than your last date of attendance if that date is earlier than June 30, 2014. The last date of attendance can be the last day of a term, or the last day you attend class before withdrawing; whichever comes first.
