 General Information

The use of any room or space within Cole Dining Hall must be reserved by calling Nancy Miller at 419-448-
 
Menu/Event Planning
Most meal events require a minimum of two weeks advance notice.  The absolute cut-off for confirming meal events is three (3) business days before the event.
 
Please provide the following information when booking a catered event:
  1. Current valid account number and the name of the person or organization that has been assigned that number; or the name & telephone number of the person willing to assume financial responsibility for our services if an account number is not being used.
  2. Special room arrangements or table needs.
  3. In addition to the estimated number of guests for catered meals, we require, within 2 business days prior to your event, notification of a guaranteed number of guests.  You will be charged 95% of that number if less than 95% of that number attends.  Events canceled less than 24 business hours (3 business days) from the scheduled time will also be billed for 95% of the guarantee.
