MSCJ Forensic Psychology FAQ

Q) Where is the program offered?  Is it offered online?
A) Tiffin University offers the MSCJ program with a concentration in Forensic Psychology on our Tiffin campus only.

Q) How much does the program cost?
A) Tuition is $700 per credit hour. The cost for the entire 42-credit hour program is $29,400.  Books are not included in the tuition cost.  Graduates will also pay a small graduation fee to cover the cost of the diploma and the cap and gown.

Q) Is the program accredited?
A) Tiffin University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

Q) Is there a thesis or comprehensive exam required for graduation?
A) Students will have the option of a thesis or a one week seminar during their intersession.

Q) Will I need a GRE or GMAT for Admission?
A) No!  Applicants must have an accredited bachelors degree. Applicants with at least a 3.0 GPA will be accepted.  Applicants not meeting this qualification will be reviewed, with those having a 2.5+ GPA and 5 or more years of professional work experience considered first.

Q) Once admitted do I have to seek candidacy status for graduate studies?
A) No!  Once you are accepted into the program, you must only continue to remain in good academic standing to complete the program, no additional graduate candidacy required.
