Transfer to Tiffin University Form
If you are transferring to or from Tiffin
University directly to another U.S.
institution, the USCIS requires schools to have the following photocopied
information in the student's file in order to complete the transfer:
- valid passport
- visa
- most current I-94
- all I-20s from previous
schools and your Tiffin University I-20.
Please ensure that these documents are available at the time of the transfer
appointment. In addition, your file must include the returned, completed and
signed Visa Clearance form, which is received DIRECTLY from your most recent
school. You should call or e-mail Tiffin
University to confirm
that we have received it BEFORE you set your appointment. You MUST provide an
acceptance letter from the school you wish to transfer to. We will not transfer
your file until the last day you are done with classes. You must stay at Tiffin University
for one year before requesting a transfer.
