At Tiffin University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) Office, we offer you the resources you’ll need during your collegiate career, leading to your classroom success. Whether you’re a student on our main campus in Tiffin, studying at one of our regional campuses, or are part of our online community of students, we are your one-stop office for your technology questions and needs.

The Hertzer Technology Center includes offices for faculty members and the staff of the Information Technology Services Office, as well as classrooms with state-of-the-art technology. The Center was named for Mr. William Hertzer and Mrs. Jean Hertzer, who are graduates of Tiffin University and among our most generous supporters.

The ITS Office is located on the second floor of the Hertzer Technology Center. The ITS Office houses the ITS Help Desk, the Network Administrators, and the student PC Techs who can assist you with problems or questions related to your TU accounts, computers, printers, or sofware.

Spring & Fall Semesters
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

Summer Semester
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The ITS Help Desk Staff is available to answer any technical questions that you might have concerning computer, printing, or software issues. You can stop by the Help Desk in person, call 24/7 off-site Help Desk (855) 664-1200 , or submit a ticket.
