Tiffin University’s Pfeiffer Library offers state-of-the-art resources both for research as well as for quiet study. The Library underwent expansion in 1996. During that time, we doubled our size by expanding the lower level and the main floor, and adding an upper level. The new addition has tripled our capacity for resources and study space.
Originally built in 1968, Pfeiffer Library is named for former Tiffin University President, Richard C. Pfeiffer, and his wife, Jean E. Pfeiffer.

Books, periodicals, and newspapers are available for student use. To provide an expanded resource network, the library is a member of the Ohio Private Academic Libraries (OPAL) consortium and OhioLink, a consortium of Ohio's college and university libraries. This allows students, staff, and faculty access to quick inter-library loans, scholarly journals, and on-line databases.
