Tiffin University is proud to offer scholarships to students who participate in Music, Dance, and Theatre programs. Scholarships are available to all new students, regardless of major. For more info, click here.
Theatre Arts...
The Theatre Arts Program offers you the opportunity to hone your skills as a performer, director, playwright, and designer through your participation in mainstage and student-run productions. The program offers regular workshops and non-credit classes in improvisation and stagecraft. For more info, click here.
Academic Programs...
Tiffin University offers a bachelor's degree in Professional Music - a commercial performance degree in music. The ProMusic Degree is designed to provide students with a modern musical skill set of marketable and real-world skills.
Tiffin University students can pursue a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration with an emphasis in Music Industry. This interdisciplinary program combines music, business, and communication courses, and provides students with a broad base of knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in a variety of music related careers.
Tiffin University’s Minor in Music gives students a broad base of knowledge in a variety of areas of music performance, history, theory and business. All students, regardless of major, can pursue the music minor or take any of TU's music courses!
Tiffin University's theatre minor combines the study of theatrical performance, dramatic theory, and stagecraft. Whether students choose to perform, direct, or teach in this field, they will be poised to advance their learning to a higher level, enlist in community-based organizations, and enjoy theatre on a more profound and judicious level. The theatre minor will also afford opportunities to expand creative and presentational skills, refine interpersonal communication, and develop collaborative ability, all of which will prove useful in virtually any professional area.
