Dr. Robert "Jaimie" Orr (Prior to coming to Tiffin University, Dr. Orr retired as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate with the rank of Commander. In his last assignment, he served as the Deputy Legal Advisor for NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander, Transformation. In addition to general duties as deputy Legal Advisor for the Headquarters, then-Commander Orr had specific duties including development of legal doctrine, training, and education programs for NATO, as well as providing legal support and classroom instruction at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany, and legal advice and support to the NATO Training Mission in Iraq and NATO’s Undersea Research Centre in La Spezia, IT.)
Professor Scott Blough (Prior to coming to Tiffin University, Professor Blough was a Lieutenant with the Marion, Ohio Police Department and Chief of the Bureau of Adult Detention, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in Columbus, Ohio.)
Dr. Tim Shaw (Dr. Shaw worked for 21 years as an FBI agent investigating complex criminal and terrorism matters. He is a Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist. During his career he received three Awards for Exceptional Performance and two Outstanding Law Enforcement of the Year Awards from the Southern District of Florida and 16 Letters of Commendation for investigative, administrative, and tactical efforts.
Dr. Allen Smith (Dr. Smith's public service career in law enforcement consisted of service as a deputy sheriff, state probation-parole officer, chief probation officer, chief deputy sheriff, anad twice appointed by the President of the United States (Presidents Carter and Clinton), with Senate confirmation, to the position of United States Marshal of the Southern District of Ohio.)
Dr. Amir Soas, M.D. (Dr. Soas is an expert in Islamic culture and social structure and is fluent in Arabic. He has 20 years of experience in specialized government related security and hazmat emergency response administration and risk analysis supported by military and civil government experience and training.
Professor Kevin Cashen (Professor Cashen retired as Chief of Police for the City of Norwalk. He received a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Homeland Security and Defense) at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.)
