The School of Arts and Sciences
Arts and Sciences offer the opportunity to pursue majors in music and visual Arts Administration, in various areas of Communication, in English, in History, and in General Science. We also house education majors: Integrated Language Arts, Integrated Social Sciences, and Middle Childhood.

The School of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences
The School of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences offers major areas of study in corrections, forensic psychology, forensic science, homeland security/terrorism, government and national security, law enforcement, and psychology.
- Corrections. The Corrections major is designed for students who are interested in understanding criminal offenders and their relationships with the criminal justice system and victims of crime.
- Forensic Psychology. The Forensic Psychology major is designed for students who are interested in examining the relationship between psychology and the criminal justice system.
- Forensic Science The Forensic Science major is designed for students who are interested in learning about the application of scientific methods and analysis of scientific data to support the law enforcement community and the courts in investigation, apprehension, and prosecution or vindication of individuals involved in criminal activities.
- Homeland Security/Terrorism The Homeland Security/Terrorism major is designed for students who are interested in understanding the role of law enforcement agencies in promoting homeland security and preventing terrorism.
- Government and National Security. The Government and National Security major is designed for students who are interested in acquiring an understanding of the world and America's place in it since 9/11.
- Law Enforcement. The Law Enforcement major is designed for students who want to understand the theoretical foundations of criminal law, human behavior, and the political structures that comprise the foundations of all criminal justice practice.
- Psychology. The Psychology major provides students with instruction and experience across a broad range of concepts, issues, and theories emerging from the scientific study of behavior and experience.

The School of Business
The mission of the Tiffin University School of Business is to prepare our students for professional, managerial, and leadership positions in both public sector and private sector profit and not-for-profit organizations. Emphasis is placed on development of the communication, technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills needed by successful organizations competing in a global environment. Above all else, through the majors we offer, we strive to instill in our students a lifelong and irrepressible desire to continue to learn and grow in wisdom, knowledge, and ethical practices anchored by integrity.
- Accounting. Accounting provides information that is useful for decision-making in predicting cash flows about economic resources, claims to economic resources, and changes in economic resources of an organization. Students are encouraged to work toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
- Computer and Information Technology. The major is designed for students who wish to work with all facets of an organization, from technology to people. The curriculum blends technology, software, programming, business theory and practice while emphasizing the application of computers and technology in the business organization.
- Finance. Finance is an integral part of decision-making in the private sector (for-profit and not-for-profit organizations), and the public sector (local, state, and national levels). The finance curriculum prepares students for positions in industry (manufacturing), retailing, finance (banks, insurance companies, pension funds, finance companies), and in financial planning. The curriculum strikes a balance between applications and theory.
- Management. Management is designed to provide skills and competencies necessary for the world of work in the 21st century. Students complete the courses in the Management core covering different functional areas, and undertake an in-depth study in an area of concentration. Concentrations are offered in the areas of Equine Business Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Human Resources Management, International Business, and Managerial Studies.
- Marketing. The primary focus of the curriculum is on marketing function management that provides an integrated approach to the discipline. Emphasis is on the development and implementation of marketing strategies and on the effective use of the marketing mix. Marketing is a wide area with high potential for employment. When you graduate, you may work in market research, sales, advertising, promotions, pubic relations, and retailing. Studies show that most Presidents and CEO's of America's 500 largest companies rose from Marketing. With the skills you acquire in Marketing at Tiffin University, you can also be your own boss too. As an entrepreneur, you can use these skills to start and run your own business! And, of course you will be well prepared for graduate school!
- Sports and Recreation Management. This major is designed to prepare students for careers and advanced study in the field of sports, and the manufacturing and marketing of sports equipment and services. Also covered are the growing fields of recreational and leisure sector.
