A Tiffin education gives students the skills and experiences they need to compete in the real world today. The ways our graduates are finding success are too numerous to mention, but here are a few examples:
- Bryan L. Burrs, a graduate of the Tiffin University School of Business, says, "The education I received at Tiffin provided an excellent foundation for success. Since graduation, I have worked for Marathon Petroleum Company and gone on to earn a master's degree in global management. I moved from Tiffin to Atlanta to Sunrise (Florida) with Marathon—being promoted each time. The insightful teachings I learned from the TU School of Business made learning in the real world easier. The opportunities you get while at Tiffin are phenomenal. Tiffin not only provides a foundation, but a portal to learning and excellence for those who seek it."
- A Tiffin law enforcement major networked with government and private organizations as part of our dynamic Washington Internship Program and, upon graduation, accepted an offer from the U.S. Marshals Service.
- In 2006, a Tiffin student double majoring in forensic psychology and corrections was named Ohio's baccalaureate "Outstanding Student of the Year." She completed three internships at Tiffin, including one at the Seneca County Drug Task Force/M.E.T.R.I.C.H. Unit.
- Nate Washington majored in computer and information technology and played football at Tiffin. He went on to become a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers 2006 NFL Super Bowl championship squad.
