Often times employers promote their employees without providing the necessary training on how to lead a division, unit or even an entire organization. Leadership effectiveness requires a different mindset; one that considers individual strengths and how best to align these with an organization's mission. Further, ensuring that all employees understand, embrace and live an organization's purpose, mission and vision is critical and much more difficult to accomplish.
Leadership is both an art and a science. Effective leadership requires an individual to have a clear understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and goals of both the employees and the organization. Components of leadership are innate, however, many dimensions of effective/successful leadership can be learned. This seminar will help participants engage in meaningful, relevant conversations to expand their understanding and appreciation for employee relationships and opportunities. Leadership skills and styles focus on what's best for the individual but also the organization. Leadership provides motivation, direction, inspiration, and motivation for developing the talents, skills, and knowledge in others.
Learn from a truly authentic leader, Dr. Kennedy, practical ways to optimize your organization's success. Whether you are a middle, upper level or executive leader, who wants to learn more about intentional leadership and change efforts that most effectively sustain organizational efficiency, agility and innovative results, this seminar is one you do not want to miss.
The seminar will cover several modules related to organizational culture and strategy including purpose, mission, vision, values and leadership; strategy, planning, ethical behaviors and decision-making.
