Tiffin University’s School of Business will host its 13th Annual Summit to Success on Friday, March 21. Coordinated by TU’s Business Club, the Summit to Success will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the morning keynote speaker at 9 a.m. Breakout sessions begin at 9:55 a.m. in the Main Classroom Building, followed by lunch at noon in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the afternoon keynote speaker at 12:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. The event is free and open to the public.
John Clancy, Founding and Managing Member of Planet Fitness Midwest (PFMW) is the featured morning keynote speaker. He sits on the Independent Franchise Association committee for real estate and development for the Planet Fitness franchise system. In 2015, PFMW was named “Franchisee of the Year” by Planet Fitness. Clancy also is a Managing Partner of Smoothie King Midwest and a Managing Partner of Cornerstone Properties. He serves in a board capacity for multiple non-profit organizations and charities.
Breakout sessions will be facilitated by multiple speakers from varying industries that include marketing, sports management, finance and accounting and more.

The afternoon keynote speaker, Ronda Lehman, Pharm.D., MBA, FACHE, serves as the President of the Lima Market for Bon Secours Mercy Health. With a steadfast commitment to the organization’s mission, she works tirelessly to enhance the quality and accessibility of care for the underserved, including the poor and dying, throughout northwest Ohio. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she attained fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2014. Lehman also serves on several boards, including the Greater Lima Region, Inc., The Lima Area YMCA, The First National Bank of Pandora, LifeLine of Ohio and the Ohio Northern University Board of Trustees.
