Elizabeth Lemmon joined the Human Resources team at Tiffin University as an HR Generalist in July 2025. Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Toledo, where she developed skills in interpersonal communication, organizational development, and public relations. Her professional journey has taken her through several industries, including radio broadcasting, the medical field, and local government, each contributing their own unique experiences.
Beyond her professional life, Liz has long been connected to Tiffin through the local arts community where she met her husband, Tim, and the couple married in December 2024. Liz is excited to bring both her career and her personal life full circle by joining an organization that plays such a crucial role in the community she has come to call home.
