Hayley Bosworth is an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor at Tiffin University, where she is dedicated to helping prospective students with Fellowships and college decisions. She works closely with future Dragons throughout the admissions process, providing guidance and support as they navigate one of the most important decisions of their educational journey. As a two-time Tiffin University graduate, Hayley earned her bachelor’s degree in criminalistics before completing her master’s degree in criminal behavior with highest honors.
Hayley’s passion for student success began during her time as a Graduate Assistant in Tiffin University’s Career Services office. There, she assisted students with career readiness, internship opportunities, and job search strategies while helping coordinate career fairs. These experiences strengthened her commitment to empowering students and reinforced her belief that higher education can create life-changing opportunities. She is excited to continue serving students by helping them find a university community where they can thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, Bentley, and exploring new coffee shops. She also enjoys true crime, psychology, and attending concerts and community events. Hayley is passionate about building meaningful connections with students and families and looks forward to welcoming future Dragons to the Tiffin University community.
