Alexandria Smith

Alexandria Smith is the Human Resources Specialist at Tiffin University located in Tiffin, OH. As the Human Resources Specialist, she specializes in all aspects of talent acquisition, and employee engagement and retention. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, concentrated in Human Resources Management, and her Master of Business Administration in Management, concentrated in Human Resources Management, both from Tiffin University. She has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2019 in a variety of industries. Alexandria is certified in CCU@TU (Building Cultural Competencies in Organizations) and Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She also sits on the Council for ASSET (Assembly for Staff Engagement and Talent) at Tiffin University as the HR liaison and is the Program Chair for the CUPA-HR Ohio Chapter (College and University Professional Association for Human Resources).
