As the library services associate, Alicia is the front-end of the library; interacting with library users and providing support and assistance. Alicia handles the circulation of the library by maintaining correct inflow and outflow of books and materials. Alicia assists with training the library’s student workers and ensuring they are supported in their roles. Alicia also manages the library’s interactive and book displays to interest potential readers.
Alicia is a graduate of the University of Limerick in Ireland, majoring in Biological Sciences with Chemistry and working as a high school teacher of biology and chemistry. In 2024 she moved from Ireland to live in America and settled in Tiffin, Ohio. Outside of work she enjoys baking sourdough bread, crocheting stuffed animals, and playing with her dog and her rabbits.
