Dean is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice. He is retired frm the U.S. Air Force, Ohio Army National Guard, and Ohio Air National Guard after 26 years of service. Dean also spent 23 years as a Lieutenant in the Perrysburg Police Division and 4 years in the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office.
