Jeff Buchanan

With more than three decades of experience as an acclaimed music educator, Jeff Buchanan directs Tiffin University’s Concert Band. In demand both as a conductor, clinician, adjudicator, and as a performer on euphonium, Jeff has worked with a number of bands throughout the region, including the Heidelberg Brass Band, North Coast Concert Band, Fostoria Community Band, BGSU Alumni Band, and supporting numerous musical theatre productions. He has also worked on the business side of the music education industry, including as sales manager for Lentine’s Music and Soundtree, and as a senior travel designer for Music Travel Consultants. He has served on the OMEA State Board as District II President and is an alum of Bowling Green State University.
