The Executive Director of Campus Experiences & Projects oversees various programs, initiatives, and projects to enhance campus experiences for students and key university stakeholders, aligned with the Dragon Pathways Framework and the Tiffin University Brand Experience. Jen has two primary focuses:
1. Enhancing students’ overall experiences on campus and ensuring that events are well organized, engaging, and aligned with the goals of the Dragon Pathway Experience.
2. Leading projects related to strategic and operational initiatives aligned with the Provost & COO areas to advance the University’s Academic, Enrollment, and Student Development & Transformation areas.
Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Findlay. Prior to joining Tiffin University, Jen spent five years at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, leading the corporate events team; and 19 years at Rowmark LLC in executive leadership, cultural development, marketing and communications.
She and her husband, Wade, reside in Findlay with their two daughters, Claire and Stella.
