Currently serving as the Vice President for Strategic Financial Administration and Initiatives at Tiffin University, Joel leads various critical areas including Auxiliary Services, Budgeting, Business Office, Facilities, Forecasting, and Payroll. His role involves strategic financial management, annual budgeting development, five-year forecasting, and policy management.
