Coordinate with the following key AEDE areas to design, implement., and measure excellent, distinctive, and effective academic programming in alignment with the university’s and AEDE’s strategic plans: Outcomes Assessment, Program Review, Co-curricular programming, Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, Library, and Celebrating Cultural Uniqueness.
– Respond to, investigate, and resolve faculty and student issues in conjunction with University policies and procedures.
– Assists the Vice Provost and Director of CITL in coordinating and delivering appropriate training opportunities for faculty and staff in all AEDE areas;
– Supports the ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive outcomes assessment programs for all academic and administrative units that support the goals of the University’s strategic plan;
– Assist the Vice Provost in implementing and evaluating academic program review for all university academic programs.
– Maintain a positive relationship with faculty by ensuring customer satisfaction with problem resolution.
– Handle other duties as assigned by the Vice Provost or Provost.
