Oversees, manages and facilitates critical departmental functions in the Student Accounts Office by ensuring the appropriate record-keeping of student payments and account balances. This includes tuition and fee billing, payment processing, receivables management, third-party billings, installment payment plans, disbursement of financial aid and credit balance refunds, This position requires working well with other departments within Tiffin University to provide exceptional customer service to students and families. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all federal, state and institutional regulations related to student accounts. Work is performed under the supervision of the Dean of Retention and Persistence.
