Stephanie, who goes by Steph, is an Academic Advisor for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree from the School of Science, Technology and Health. In her role, she is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic, career, and personal goals through course planning, progress monitoring, and connecting them to campus resources. She also provides guidance on policies, maintains records, and supports retention initiatives while fostering an environment that helps students thrive in all aspects of their college endeavors. 

Previously, Steph worked as the Graduate Assistant Coach for Tiffin University Women’s Soccer. Steph is a former collegiate and professional athlete with a lifelong passion for sports and Kinesiology. She played soccer at the high school, club, collegiate and professional levels. During her undergraduate years, she was a three-year starter for the Queen’s University of Charlotte Women’s Soccer team, where she notably received 2x NCAA Division II Second Team awards and was captain in her junior and senior seasons. Steph played professional soccer for S.S.D Academy Ladispoli in Italy, where she was named Best Defensive Player of the Year after one year of playing with her team. Steph holds certifications in Red Cross CPR, AED, & First Aid, QPR-Suicide Prevention, ISSA/NASM Personal Trainer, ISSA/NASM Strength & Conditioning Coach, ISSA/NASM HIIT and Group Fitness Coach, and United Soccer Coaches Special Topics Diploma: Training and Developing the Complete Female Player & Professional Development Certificate: The Youth Coach. 

In addition to her athletic achievements, Stephanie has an academic background that reflects her dedication to sports and education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Sport Psychology with a minor in Exercise Science from Queens University of Charlotte, NC ’18, her MBA in Sport Management and International Sport Coaching from the Rome City Institute in Roma, Italy ’23, and her M.Ed. in Higher Education and Administration from Tiffin University ’24.
