Tiffin University is excited to announce plans to begin construction on a new housing facility, the Tiffin University Residential Village, in January 2026. This new facility, designed in partnership with Siegel Architects, will house approximately 450 students and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion by fall 2027, followed by the second phase in fall 2028.
In addition to living spaces, the Residential Village will include retail spaces, lounge/study, dining and laundry areas. The university is currently in the process of collecting student feedback that will be used to finalize the design of this facility. Updates and progress on construction will be shared regularly with the Tiffin University community.

With increasing enrollment, this new facility will provide the space and resources necessary to support our student body.
