LIFE@TU, Tiffin University’s lifelong learning program designed for people ages fifty-plus has announced its spring 2026 season beginning February 6, 2026.
Sessions will take place from 10 a.m. to noon in Osceola Theatre, located on TU’s campus in Gillmor Student Center on Fridays beginning February 6. Ten non-credit classes will be held per semester, with topics covering a wide range of themes. A semester membership covering ten classes costs $85.
Topics for the spring 2026 semester include: The Underground Railroad in Ohio, Expert Panel: Downsizing and Simplifying for a Richer Life, Sounds of the ’60s: Stax, FAME and Motown, The Shot that Echoed Forever: Unraveling the JFK Assassination, Rebels in Corsets: Stories from the Women’s Suffrage Movement, An Integrative Approach to Cancer Prevention, Navigating Medicare & Social Security, Breaking the Chains: Human Trafficking in Northwest Ohio, Women Spies of World War II, Cold Case Analysis & Community Impact: Inside TU’s Fellowship Program and the semester will end on April 24 with a Destination Seneca County Bus Tour.
“Last semester we had record participation at LIFE@TU, and it was inspiring to see so many adults engaging with our programs and building connections within our community,” said Mimi Johnston, Coordinator of LIFE@TU. “We’re excited to keep that momentum going this spring with an equally engaging lineup of sessions. LIFE@TU continues to provide a welcoming environment where learning is celebrated, and we look forward to another semester of discovery and connection.”
Membership options include annual, semester or individual session passes. Members enjoy benefits such as reserved parking, access to session recordings, discounted meals on class days, and free admission to select TU athletic events.
