On Saturday, February 25 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Tiffin University cheerleading team will host the Little Dragons Cheer Clinic for children ages 3-12 in the Osceola Theater. Participants will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, including chants, jumps and a dance. Immediately following, students will have the chance to perform a routine for the TU men’s basketball game halftime show at 3:45 p.m.
“We are so excited to have children from all over the community join us for a day full of cheerleading fun,” said Cassie Bump, Head Cheerleading and STUNT Coach. “In addition to learning the fundamentals of cheerleading, we will focus on the importance of teamwork and self-confidence as we prepare to perform our halftime routine.”
The cost of the clinic is $20 per participant. For more information, payment details and to register, visit bit.ly/3IbmsT8.
