Tiffin University is offering special ticket and apparel packages for the Cleveland Guardians home game on July 7, when the University Choir will be performing the national anthem. The discount packages are for TU’s employees, alumni and friends. The Guardians will be playing the Kansas City Royals.
Each package offers one ticket to the game at multiple seating-based price point options. The first 150 packages sold will also receive an exclusive grey diamond C baseball cap with the Tiffin Dragon logo. That night, the Guardians will host their Free Shirt Friday promotion (limited to the first 12,500 fans) and post-game fireworks.
“We are excited to offer this special ticket package to alumni, friends and community members,” said Vickie Wilkins, Director of Alumni Relations. “I am especially eager to see everyone wearing their special game day caps to represent the University. I think everybody being able to wear their TU pride will be a big hit in particular, and I can’t wait to spend the evening with our Dragon Nation.”
The Progressive Field gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and the first pitch is set for 7:10 p.m. Alumni are encouraged to purchase tickets prior to June 1 to guarantee being seated together.
