Tiffin University will host the 35th Annual International Dinner on Friday, April 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “One World, Many Stories.”
The dinner honors TU’s international students, representing 36 countries, and highlights the shared experiences and connections that unite cultures. Guests can enjoy buffet-style cuisine from around the globe, along with musical and artistic performances. The dance floor will be open from 8 to 9 p.m., featuring music from various cultures.
The event also includes TU’s annual flag ceremony, honoring new and returning international students. Students present their national flag to the President and flags are displayed at important University events throughout the year. New countries represented at TU will have their flags inducted during the ceremony.
“The International Dinner this year will be extra special,” said Natalie Chang, Associate Dean for Global and International Education at Tiffin University.
“We are celebrating 35 years of cultural celebration and exchange over a shared meal, honoring the students who have come from around the globe to study at Tiffin University. This year’s theme is: One World, Many Stories. There are many ways to share your story, and on this night, we will use food, music and art to explore the stories of our global community at Tiffin.”
Tickets are $30 per person, and children 12 and under are admitted free with a ticket.
