Tiffin University will be participating in the annual GivingTuesday campaign on Tuesday, November 28 by raising funds to support student scholarships, its athletic and performing arts programs and other areas of campus. While all gifts to all areas of campus will be celebrated, this year a special emphasis will be placed on:
- Dragon Pantry
- Student Emergency Fund
- Athletics
- Dragon Armoire
- Counseling and Wellness
GivingTuesday, the international nonprofit organization, created the movement in 2012 and has raised billions of dollars for critical causes around the world.
“We are excited to be involved in GivingTuesday,” said Mitch Blonde, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs / Chief Advancement Officer. “It gives our Dragons an opportunity to stand alongside others worldwide and make a real difference in the lives of our students.”
