
Tiffin University has welcomed 1,043 new students this fall. Along with 530 new Dragons coming to Tiffin, Ohio, the University is currently experiencing a resurgence in online programs. Online enrollment represents 46% of total enrollment (1,717 online students out of a total of 3,726 TU students). Of online total, 316 are new students in the online undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. programs.
TU considers international students to be an essential part of the Tiffin University student experience. This fall, international students constitute 20.8% of total enrollment, with 186 students hailing from 27 countries, as well as 591 global learners at TU’s transnational learning sites.
“Our online programs have been innovative and student-centric for almost 30 years,” says Dr. Peter J. Holbrook, Provost and Chief Operating Officer of Tiffin University. “It is evident that TU is becoming a popular choice for students around the globe to start their journey toward success, thanks to our various international learning sites and partnerships.”
Transnational locations include the Tiffin University campus in Bucharest, Romania, the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland and online Spanish programs in Latin America.
