Pharos Resources, a leader instudent success solutions and a Tiffin University strategic partner, has recognized Andrea Faber with their 2023 Student Success Professional Pharos Lighthouse Award. Faber serves as the Assistant Vice Provost of Student Success.
The Lighthouse Award is given annually to outstanding student success leaders who make significant investments in their students’ engagement.
“Andrea’s dedication as a Pharos 360 (known as Dragon360 on their campus) champion is not just noteworthy; it’s transformational for her students and the Tiffin campus,” said Rachel Phillips-Buck, Vice President for Student Success at Pharos Resources. “Her commitment to deepening her understanding of Pharos and the Move the Needle project has directly contributed to successful outcomes of the student interventions she has directed. The Move the Needle campaign is the product of a strategic partnership between Pharos Resources and Credo LLC. The organizations align with colleges and universities to implement student success and retention outcomes for the purpose of, “igniting a sustainable culture transformation, improving student retention and graduation rates and increasing net revenue.”
