Summit to Success
Tiffin University’s Business Club is proud to present the 13th Annual Summit to Success on Friday, March 21, 2025.
8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium
The Summit will bring business professionals and industry leaders to TU’s campus to engage and connect with students.
Featuring both morning and afternoon keynote speakers, the event will also include three breakout sessions, offering a more personalized experience for students. These small-group settings provide valuable networking opportunities to support the growth and success of our future leaders.
Keynote Speakers

John Clancy
John Clancy is this year’s morning keynote speaker. Clancy is the founding and managing partner of Planet Fitness Midwest (PFMW), managing partner of Smoothie King Midwest and managing partner of Cornerstone Properties. He was born and raised in Massapequa, New York. Clancy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York’s Business School at Plattsburgh. Planet Fitness Midwest has 42 stores throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. Mr. Clancy focuses on real estate site selection, development, lease negotiations, marketing and financing. In 2015, PFMW was named “Franchisee of the Year” by Planet Fitness. He is also the managing member of Smoothie King Midwest, a developer and operator of 30 Smoothie King units in Ohio, Kentucky, New York, Indiana and Alabama. As the managing member of Cornerstone Properties, Clancy has developed a retail real estate portfolio valued at more than $100 million with an additional $50 million currently under development. Along with these endeavors, Mr. Clancy serves in a board capacity for multiple non-profit organizations and charities that assist in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. Clancy, his wife Regina and their three children are active members of Christ Fellowship Church.

Ronda Lehman
Ronda Lehman will be the afternoon keynote speaker and currently serves as the president for Mercy Health in the Lima market region. She has been an integral part of Mercy since 1995, she holds a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, a PharmD from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Tiffin University. She has completed the Executive Management Program for Pharmacy Leaders at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. She has also attained fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2014. Lehman is passionate about exceptional patient care, and she works tirelessly to enhance the quality of care for the underserved throughout northwest Ohio. She is an active collaborator with her community partners to create positive changes. She serves on the boards for the Greater Lima Region, Inc., the Lima Area YMCA, the First National Bank of Pandora, LifeLine of Ohio and the Ohio Northern University Board of Trustees. Along with mentoring emerging leaders and trying to enhance the quality of care for the poor and dying, she enjoys playing the piano, canning and supports her children’s sports endeavors with her husband, Gerald.
