JT Vaughan is the Director of Campus Admissions at Tiffin University, where he has been dedicated to recruiting students since November 2021. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Heidelberg University and currently pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education Administration at Tiffin University, JT is passionate about student success and helping students take the next step in their educational journeys. 

Originally from Mantua, Ohio, JT’s commitment to higher education is fueled by his drive to connect with students and guide them toward opportunities that align with their academic and personal goals. He believes that Tiffin University provides a unique and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow, with numerous opportunities for engagement such as academic fellowships, cultural immersion programs, and robust career services. 

Outside of work, JT is an avid traveler, enjoying exploring new countries, big cities, and national parks. He also has a love for building LEGO sets, puzzles, and spending time with his cat, Colter. JT enjoys supporting Tiffin University’s athletic teams and is proud of the close-knit relationship between the university and the city of Tiffin. With a passion for local growth and community connections, JT is committed to helping future students find their place at Tiffin University.
