Deputy Title IX Coordinator & VAWA Investigator reports to the Vice Provost for Equity, Access, & Opportunity/Title IX & 504 Coordinator, who has primary responsibility for the administration of the relevant institutional policies, association, federal and state regulations. The Investigator assists in investigating complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and gender-related violence including stalking and intimate partner violence, and protected class discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation. In the role as the Compliance Officer, the role works collaboratively with various offices at the University to ensure compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and associated regulations including but not limited to serving on the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) as defined by state and federal regulation.
