Shubhang (Shubh) is the Neighborhood Director at Tiffin University. His goal is to create a welcoming, supportive and engaging residential community. With experience in aviation, marketing, and customer service, he brings a mix of strategic thinking, problem-solving and a data-informed approach to his role. Shubh has experience in analyzing patterns, optimizing processes and making decisions that enhance the student experience while fostering a sense of belonging. Helping, mentoring and supporting others isn’t just what he does; it’s who he is.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, you’ll find him cooking, connecting with people or meditating—his way of staying balanced. He also loves to dance –whether it’s celebrating small wins or just vibing to a good beat, you might just catch him busting a move.
