What do you feel is your greatest work accomplishment?
Getting the Top Midwest Region Award from 2017 – 2019 four times.
Region #42 Lansing, MI, getting recognition for outstanding leadership and achievement in operations (KPI) key performance metrics.

What do you like most about the current career path you have chosen?
The opportunity to work in different marketing and operations roles, which has enabled me to develop as a leader.

Why did you choose Tiffin University?
I chose Tiffin University because of the campus culture. The way people interacted with one another during my campus visit was special, and it made an immediate impact on my decision.

Do you have a favorite TU memory?
The time spent with my teammates in the weight room, on the track and on the trips to meets. Competing at a high level was always important, but in hindsight the time we spent together is what I remember (and miss) the most.

What does being a TU graduate mean to you?
I take great pride in being a graduate of Tiffin University and it’s been great to see the constant growth since graduation. Go Dragons!

What life or career advice would you give to current students?
Don’t look to peak immediately after graduation. Find a role and a company that will allow you to continue to grow as a person and leader. Continue to identify what comes naturally to you and what you are good at, and then find a role that allows you to be you.
