Tiffin University Hosting Clothing Drive for Dragon Armoire

Student in Dragon Armoire

Tiffin University is hosting a clothing drive for the Dragon Armoire. The Dragon Armoire donates gently used business attire to students who need it for career fairs and interviews. The goal of the program is to provide the right apparel for making positive impressions, while also raising awareness of current industry expectations.

TU affiliates and Seneca County residents are encouraged to donate the following new or gently used items that include:

  • Full suits (jackets and pants and/or skirts)
  • Contemporary suit jackets and blazers
  • Shirts and blouses appropriate to wear under suits or blazers
  • Dress slacks and pants
  • Skirts and dresses
  • Closed-toed dress shoes

“We truly believe that when you look good, you feel good. That confidence can make all the difference in acing a job interview, presenting a project or at a career fair. With these donations, the right attire, students can make an amazing first impression that will set them on the path to success,” said Bethani Burkhart, Director of Career Services. “These donations can be life-changing for our students as they strive to reach their professional goals.”

Donations can be dropped off in the Murphy Academic Support Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
